12 hr proxy certificate SSH client

Hello world,

I'm surprised this has not been brought up sooner.-Either I haven't searched long enough, or I'm overlooking something very simple.

For my windows users who use an SSH client:

How may I "rsync" to XSEDE's supercomputers from my remote host without having to retype the password/duo-factor authentication? I understand that by logging into the SSO hub, I automatically obtain a 12 hour certificate. However when I transfer data directly (i.e to stampede2), I must go through the authentication process every time! There must been an easier way.

Thanks!
