Ranch Status 18 December 2017

At 07:00 January 18th 2018 the Ranch environment will be taken down for 4 hours in order to address a hardware failure.

The University of Texas will be closed due to inclement weather tomorrow, January 16, 2018. For this reason, the Stampede2 maintenance scheduled for this date will be rescheduled for Tuesday, January 23, 2018 from 8am to 7:30pm (CST).


Jetstream at TACC instances unavailable

Jetstream at TACC is experiencing a backend storage issue. Admins are looking into the problem; but until it is resolved existing instances may be offline and new instances cannot start.


Wrangler Maintenance 30 January 2018

Accessibility issue for some Jetstream IU cloud instances

The IU cloud of Jetstream experienced sporadic accessibility issues from 4pm Eastern to 11:30pm Eastern after patches were applied to mitigate the Intel Spectre and Meltdown issues.
