Recent updates from XCI
The XSEDE Cyberinfrastructure Integration (XCI) team plans to transition the XSEDE web single sign-on (SSO) login service, used by XDMoD, Jetstream, and several XSEDE websites. When this transition happens in April 2021, all web SSO logins using XSEDE credentials will require multi-factor authentication (MFA). Users who have not yet enrolled in XSEDE Duo will be prompted to enroll when they login. Users will continue to have the option to use linked campus identities for authentication, which may or may not require MFA. The Pegasus team and XSEDE are looking for interested XSEDE SPs and XSEDE allocated researchers or Science Gateway developers who can participate in a pilot over the next few months to make scientific workflow capabilities more accessible to XSEDE users and Science Gateways developers.
